Observation

Licensor Mohamud did not see the emergency drills posted on the bulletin board. Licensor asked for the drills provider stated that she had it in her file, she forgot to post it. The form provider pulled out was blank, the emergency drills and earthquake, lockdown, or shelter-in-place drill was not completed. Dispute Description: I have an updated version of the Earthquake, lockdown, and shelter-in-place drill checklist that includes the month of April posted on the bulletin board and the checklist that included March was in my folder.
